6. Process for procurement of the mobile handset :
- According to Mobile device policythe employee can purchase any handset depending upon the eligibility criterion. In case the value of the mobile phone is more than the eligibility criterion as defined by the policy, the extra cost will be borne by employees.
- Once the phone is purchased, the bill/invoice for the same must be submitted to finance team along with reimbursement claim form.
- It should be ensured that the invoice/bill should be in the name of the company.
- All approvals must be taken by the employee before the purchase of mobile handset and it should be submitted to the finance department along with invoice and reimbursement claim form.
- The replacement of the mobile phone can be done if the current mobile handset is in wear tear position or is already 3 years old. In such case, the employee can buy a new handset as per current prevailing policy.
- The cost of maintenance of mobile phone will be borne by the employee and the company will not bear any related expense.
7. Corporate plan for mobile phones:
- Policy for cell phone usedefines the corporate plan provided by the company to its employees for use of mobile phone.
- An employee can however, choose their own plan as well.
- The complete authority over the mobile phone usage and plan lies with the corporate.
- The employee is eligible for reimbursement of mobile phone bill up to a limit of 700 Rs. across all work levels.
- Any call made to an international location for business purpose will be reimbursed on actual.
- No prepaid bill will be entertained by the company.
- No expense on value-added services will be entertained by the company.
- The mobile bill should be in the name of the employee and no bill which is more than 2 months old be entertained by the company. The bill in such case must be submitted before 2 months.
- The mobile bill must be submitted along with reimbursement form duly approved by immediate reporting manager.
- In case immediate reporting manager is less than level 9 , approval to be taken from the head of the department.

11. Risk and liabilities (Loss or damage of mobile phones)
The company does not take any liability for the loss or damage of the mobile phone. It is solely the responsibility of the employee to keep the phone at the safe and private location. The work mobile phonemust be brought to work only on employee responsibility and risk.
- Mobile devices provided by the company if stolen must be reported within 24 hours to the immediate reporting manager and admin/hr department.
- The immediate manager, Head of department and HR must be notified of the loss of the mobile phone.
- In case of non- compliance of the policy, the company reserve the right to take strict disciplinary action which may even lead to termination.
- The company expects from the employee to use the cell phone ethically and in limits of the mobile phone policy.
12. Cell phone etiquette
